The IgG ELISA test allows specialists to study the individual's immune responses to various products

Until the early 1990s, food intolerance could only be diagnosed by visible allergic symptoms caused by immediately food allergy reactions (food allergy Type I).

Other forms of food intolerance went largely ignored by most doctors, as there were no reliable tests. About fifteen years ago an immunologic test was developed in the UK called the YORK test (the IgG ELISA test) which made it possible to detect IgG-class antibodies in the blood as catalysts of delayed allergic reactions to foods.

The IgG ELISA test is the most popular in the world in clinical use thanks to its reliability and credibility and the possibility to restore the results. The test is the scientific and technological basis of the individual program.

To test different food products, test-assays with different food antigens must be made locally in the region, where the customer lives. The test determines intolerance to 90 (135) nutrients and the nutrients which a specific person’s body cannot tolerate.
